30-Day Risk-Free Return And Exchange 

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may not be the right fit for you. That's why we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for the item value. Please note that the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the piece must be unworn, with the security tag still attached and intact, and send back in its original packaging.

Exchanges:

We offer offer FREE return label and FREE shipping for exchanges within 30 days of delivery of your order.

If you receive damaged items, wrong items, or would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Exclusions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the followings:

- Clearance items are final sale, and can not be exchanged or returned.

- Items marked down 50% or more are considered clearance. 

- An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

Shipping:

We offer Free Shipping Return labels for all returns within U.S. The Free shipping within United States usually takes 2-5 business days.

If you are returning or exchanging an item from oversea, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
