**If you input the incorrect shipping address at checkout, Firstberry cannot be held liable to refund or replace your order. Please double check your address before and after submitting your order. If you made a mistake on your shipping address after placing your order please contact us immediately (within 30 minutes) right after placing your order.

*** if you claim you receive an empty box or package, Firstberry will be able to replace or refund the order ONLY when you can show valid proofs of an unboxing video while the package has not been damaged or opened.
